沿空煤巷超前工作面段冲击机理及卸压防治技术

Rock-burst Mechanism and Pressure Relief Technology of the Advanced Working Face in Gob Side Entry

摘要: 基于宝积山煤矿705工作面开采阶段回风平巷超前段冲击显现频发,从动静载荷叠加诱发冲击压力型巷道冲击地压的角度对冲击机理进行了分析。结合强弱强结构防冲机理,提出在巷道一次支护的基础上二次补强支护,并同时采用高压水射流巷帮卸压的协同防治技术。数值模拟和现场工业性试验结果表明巷道围岩控制效果良好,研究成果为受动压扰动影响强烈的巷道围岩稳定性控制提供了一定的借鉴。

Abstract: Empty driftway ahead of working face the impact appeared frequent along the 705 working face of a mine, combined with the mining process of serious 5 shocks appear accident analysis, the static and dynamic load superposition easily induced shock pressure roadway rockburst. On the basis of the control mechanism of the weak structure of the impact earth pressure, this paper puts forward the reinforcement technology of the two support on the basis of the primary support of the roadway, and adopts the high pressure water jet technology to control the pressure of the coal mass. FLAC2D simulation results show that the surrounding rock bearing capacity significantly enhanced, and can form a wide range of areas in the deep structure of weak surrounding rock. The results of field observation in the field of industrial test show that the surrounding rock of the tunnel is well controlled, and the research results provide a certain reference for the stability control of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the influence of mining and other dynamic disturbance.
